I actually don't mind the current top 10. Only issues are Shisui, Obito and Sakura. Sakura was universally hated among all fans I engaged with not sure how she is this popular. And change Obito to Tobi and we have a good list. Too many good characters in Naruto to choose from so you can't go wrong.
