Luffy is not the one with broken bones. He just got white eyes/KOed by Kaidou. He didn't sustain any critical injury. If Luffy recovery is equivalent to magicnbean recovery, it is as much admittance as Luffy took Hakai level attack. If that is the case, I might agree with salty generation users who think that Luffy recovery is anything related to plot armor.
Luffy can't break his bones that's why
Lmfao luffys bullshit has always been plot armour

I just do my best to suspend disbelief while reading OP.

Luffy heals with food. This has been established. It is still silly but so is a lot of OP.

The Mink medicine for Zoro better deliver on the 2x the damage and/or pain. If it doesn't then I will be angry because it would just be another example of fake hype.

Luffy getting fixed by eating is not a new thing, of course we can argue that Oda went too far with it, but regardless, it's something that has been with the story since the pre-timskip. But Zou's ass pull juice appeared only in Wano, so considering all the factors Zou's ass pull juice is worse.
It's actually even voting. Both were terrible, the counter why I think Luffy's is worse is because there's no after math like Zoro's

Magic pill is ridiculous. Zoro needing that shit is more ridiculous. Zoro getting broken bones for taking One Piece most powerful attack is beyond ridiculous.

Meat restoring Luffy has been a long established fact. The recovery shot Zoro obtained came out of nowhere, and was just an excuse to get Zoro back into fighting form. Yes, I know of the one comment Zoro made about Minks recovering fast, that isn't forshadowing, because it doesn't directly hint at the drug. Plus how the drug works wouldn't make sense with standard medical procedure.
