Both Zoro and Luffy got a lot of Ryuo focus before getting CoC coating.
So I don't see Kid randomly getting it.

He and Law's PU's were their DF awakening.
Oda will focus on that.

When did he work for it? Luffy and Zoro's haki proficiency is far superior, they trained before the raid and then took a beating before they started using it. Sanji got his PU completely free but at least he's part of the main cast, however Midd is a mere side character, since when does Oda give side characters free PU like this and precisely the same thing that Luffy and Zoro got? Nope.
Law and Midd got awakening, Luffy and Zoro got haki, that's pretty much final.
