Depends. Jack already have some hype in Zou and the beginning of Wano. Queen also shines in Udon against Big Mom. The only problem is King. He just appeared out of nowhere and kicked Big Mom ship down and that's it?

It’s just like with Pica before, came out of nowhere, fought Zoro and got beat, it’s really a pity Oda didn’t develop him more

I thimk they had enough. Things would not have been as enticing if being revealed too soon I suppose.

I'd have liked more from King (he kicked Big Mom's ship then refused her offer but not much else though it seems we'll get more from him now so I don't mind too much). Queen and Jack had enough panels pre-Onigashima (Jack had Zou, Queen had Udon) so they're fine as much as spotlight goes.

True. King is pretty much Wano Pica. At least Trebol got the mastermind strategy and the one behind Doffy's reign to power and Diamante with the Rebecca and Kyros's plot. Pica? Only got the design and no character at all. Just like King.
