Let's get this straight and right. If the feats are not aligned with the portrayal then the portrayal is a lie.
The kidd debacle whitebeard at marineford etc are proof of that.

Oda post timeskip has ruined portrayal many times and just because lyffy beats a yonko it does not make it great if the feats are not great. It makes it an empty achievement which is what wano is an unfunny joke that everyone laughs at.

As someone who's been reading weekly since Marineford, I don't get the Wano hate.
Act 2 was boring asf at some point but Dressrosa and WCI had the same pacing issues during their mid-sections too.

Wano's highs are much higher than DR's or WCI's too.

It's probably the best long post-timeskip arc, it still falls short to Zou/Reverie and even Punk Hazard imo tho

What highs might i ask? Big mom being useless, the samurais being useless, cp0 who were hyped to fight bb struggled with drake and apoo,big mom pirates being useless, Zoans being less impactful than the impel down ones, horrible art, yamato cancer.

Remembers me of a fool guy on this forum who used to say Portrayal are more relevant than Feats. Hahahaha.

Yonkos being portrayed as killers of New Gen Pirates but not killing even a single fodder is really shit writting.
