I think Poseidon's power can simply be defined as "The Voice of The Sea".
She is able to command the Sea Kings and the ultimate power of Fishmen Karate is the ability to control the ocean currents, and it is originally the ability of Poseidon to do this, so she has the most powerful use of it. It's just dormant (not awakened).
She has the potential to destroy islands by using the ocean currents.
