I don't think Oda will focus on Heart Pirates building anymore. He has so much way more relevant stuff to take care about. I bet Heart Pirates will allegedly stay the way they are and no major difference shall be seen, even within a radius of miles imo.

Portraying any Supernova joining another Supernova crew once again would mean furtherly butcher what novas were originally meant for in my opinion, basically pirate captains who crossed the Grand Line from the most disparate locations.

Of course we have exceptions like Zoro, but he still stands a vice captain on the other hand.

I don't think anyone will join Law. The difference between Luffy and the rest of SN is that he has a good crew, with people who are very good at what they do and in whom all members excel. I think Aokiji said something similar when he met them. On the other hand, the rest of the SN crews are known only by their captain (except for Killer) and depend on him.
