Questions & Mysteries Predictions on what Luffy's secret dream is
The navy and pirates getting along permanently.
Only thing I can see kid Luffy knowing about the world. Like I don't think it's friends with everyone because even now he doesn't make friends with EVERYONE. He's too young at the point he tells Shanks to know about the world/slavery/dystopia to be affected by it. Geography didn't seem to be a strong point for 17 year-old Luffy much less at that age.
But he was affected by Garp not wanting him to associate with Shanks, and his love of Pirates much to Garp's chagrin.
