Luffy is already a Yonko, he could raise his bounty be annexing more territories or getting a new really strong subordinate like Mihawk, both of these is unlikely.
I think he reached his limit of bounty for now, the other Yonko had years to raise their bounties.
I don't think we ain't gonna see much of a raise unless he defeats another Yonko/Admiral or reach laugh tale.
I personally don't think Strawhats will get a raise. But then again, I also said that Marines and Marco Pirates won't come to Wano....

If Egghead is indeed a Sabaody parallel arc then only Luffy would get a bounty raised.
Luffy current 3 bil is parallel to his 300 mil for defeating Lucci in Enies Lobby.
Luffy might get 4 bil for defeating Kizaru or doing something else. Like fighting Saturn for example.
If the Strawhats successfully escaped Egghead with Vegapunk on board, non top 4 Strawhats will get an additional 100 mil. Zoro might surpass 1.5 bil. Sanji might reach 1.4 bil. Jinbei might reach 1.3 bil.
Morgan selling luffy as the one who kidnapped vegapunk, on top of negging cp0 and finding out more about the true story of the world Will DEFINITELY warrant a bounty increase, we are also probably getting to know the result of TEACH x law through morgan's journal.
My predictions:
Luffy: 4 billions: "kidnapping" vegapunk, defeating cp0, raiding egghead and "robbing" government technology.
Well, Luffy has done worse crimes. What indeed will increase his bounty much more would be showing his grand fleet which till date hasnt shown much.
Bonney: 1 Billion 500 mil: "beating" vegapunk, finding the truth about kuma's past, helping strawhats and raiding egghead, she will DEFINITELY get blamed alongside luffy and therefore get a bounty increase.
Bonney wont reach the billion. Maybe not even Cracker's bounty. Imo she will at best have 600 million. She is like a Veteran tier, so should be below 500 million.
Teach: 4 billions 600 mil, maybe even 5 billions after aokiji's allegiance to him becomes publicly known.:
Beating TRAFALGAR LAW, stealing law's poneglyphs, probability of stealing his fruit, raiding big mom territory, negging her COMMANDERS, stealing her poneglyphs, stealing pudding who's able or at least supposed to by know, to read poneglyphs.
I dont think that the marines have knowledge of which and how many poneglyphs you have, so this is irrelevant. Defeating Law might also be irrelevant since he has a lower bounty.
Teach should show a bigger feat, be it from him or his military power that can show how dangerous he is like going to Big Mom territory and defeating everyone.
STRAWHATS: probably will get 500 mil increase which will put Robin and usopp inside the 1 Billion club, other strawhats' will be around 850 mil + which will officialy set them as an official yonko crew, this will Mark the start of WG's campaing of selling strawhats to cluelless civilians as the biggest threat to the world.
That is too much, IMO at best will be a 50 million increase, they already have bounties high, maybe not even worth for their power, unless they do a big feat. Maybe just Franky gets a big increase from the mid and low trio.
