General & Others Pretty weird how there aren't more marines with devilfruit infused weapons.

You could make super soldiers by giving the strongest marines multiple devilfruit infused items and weapons.

Maybe the world government is running out of devil fruits? I doubt it though with al the artificial ones they have.

I guess it's just laziness by Oda. or the world government wants to limit the amount of devilfruit "users".

Imagine a character has 2 devilfruit infused swords, A devilfruit infused helmet, devilfruit infused armor, devilfruit infused boots, and has eaten a devilfruit themselves. They would be blackbeard on steroids.

Reason a) Most marines are fodders so such valuable tools are wasted in their hands
Reason b) There's been groups that hunted down marine officers. You would provoke attacks and robberies on marines I think.
Reason c) Most likely DF-infused weapons are shit so Vegapunk dropped that project very early after he had created the elefant sword. And they gave that one to that cp9 retard - I think that speaks for itself.

Thats why I said the strongest marines (who don't already have devilfruits) haki users.
