Yaijrobe by Saiyan Saga was at least stronger than Kami and strong enough to spar with Post training Krillin, Yamcha and Tien, putting him over King Piccolo and Dragon Ball Piccolo Jr.

Hard to tell how Tao measures to Roshi so I’ll play it safe and say they get up to King Piccolo before they lose

I heard about that feat being considered valid for scaling a while back. Maybe it's a feat that only scales to him since he needs to power up enough such that a new transformation occurs before that attack can be used?
