Ur arguments have one fault. U don't take into consideration Hiruzen's age.
U say Tobirama was weak, but so was Hiruzen cause old age & yet despite that he was also dealing with a Hashirama zombie & Orochimaru.

I am not denying Tobirama beats old Hiruzen, but prime Hiruzen was a monster.

And he was far less impressive than Tobirama

Hiruzen got negged. From Obitos first attack as a Jinchuuriki. Tobirama and Naruto managed to do some damage in a tag team. Tobirama played a key role in the fight. All Hiruzen ended up being was canon fodder for Obito's truth seeking orbs or whatever they were called

Heck, Edo Tobirama held his own against Edo pre-Juubi Sage Mode Madara, to the point where they were in stalemate - albeit Madara wasn't fighting all out, he did take Tobirama seriously. Tobirama could therefore 5v1 the 5 kage of that generation. Could Hiruzen? Hell no.

Tobirama wins. He is clearly faster due to being the creator of Flying Thunder God Technique. And I am pretty sure Tobirama has better chakra reserves due to being a Senju.

Also that being strongest Hokage thing retconned, Kishi changed his mind and he made Hashirama the strongest Hokage. Hiruzen isn't the strongest Hokage on paper anymore due to retcon. Since he lost that title, he can't win on paper as well. I am siding with Tobirama due to actual feats.
