amaterasu, tsukuyomi, izanami, susanoo with a shield that deflects any attack and a sword that seals his opponents.

He literally uses Madara's eyes and thus literally has his doujutsus. Rinnegan is an evolved Mangekyo. Itachi's Mangekyo doesn't give him the upper hand on Pain.

Nagato only has base rinnegan though. I dont think base is immune to ms level sharingan genjutsu. Especially not from the likes of itachi.
