I dunno whether the frog is Yamato, but like I theorized before there will be a fish, a cat and a frog in the crew. The only relevant frog in the story is Usopp's frog. But I don't think it will be Yamato but some other ally. I think it will be Gill Baster, the gunslinger guy from Wanted!.

Why do I think so? The Japanese pronunciation of Gill is Girru which rhymes with Gaeru, the sound frogs make. I am pretty sure this is a wild imagination but what I believe is Oda wont let go of the first manga character he created that easily, he is pretty sentimental that's why we are seeing Pandaman in almost every volume. Personally, when we compare SHs to WB pirates or RH pirates, I feel that the straw hats are missing a proper gunner, Usopp uses slingshot and Franky is a robot we yet to have a powerful brave gunslinger and I believe that will be Gill Baster. SH still have GH alphabet spot unfilled :)

I think that speculation is too far. For me. I like it if there's a bidfolk among the crew with WX spot. Maybe wyper or someone else
