Zoro was controlling the fight, that's why Zoro was fighting with only 2 swords because it was enough to control Lucci.

Zoro had the same bruises before he even stated fighting lucci. He has the same bruises when he pushed luffy out of the building before he ever fought him. It's implied Lucci didn't touch him especially seeing how easily zoro dodged through his attack and blitzed him.
