Anyway, i don't like Pudding at all, especially her turns from Tsundere to Yangire is just annoying. At least Hiyori is mentally stable and more attractive for me, so her.

Pudding is the better character. She has personality, she’s complex, she got heavily developed, her DF power is interesting and she served the plot. And her being a Three-Eye girl makes her even more interesting.
Hiyori is this girl that’s here only to be cute, she’s a hollow character that adds nothing to the story. She could not exist and it wouldn’t make any difference. I don’t expect her to become interesting all of a sudden in the final battle of the arc, it’s too late and Oda won’t have the time to properly develop her.
