Bcs you cannot sense invisibility. You can only sense the "intent" behind one's attacks - as explained by Rayleigh - whether the person is invisible or not. And Sanji did not attack in both the cases - meaning he didnt show the intent.

Man katakuri has, zoro has, ben and shiryu maybe, ben for sure imo, also dark king too
King and Queen seemd like powerhouse of beast pirates at least king needed some advanced form of haki

Are you disappointed because all commanders aren't Katakuri clones? Or is it that you think there aren't strong abilities outside advanced haki? The Calamities are confirmed haki users—all of them can use CoA and CoO at least. How do you suppose Jack fought 3 top Scabbards(all of whom can hurt Kaido) without comparable CoA? They aren't even physically inferior to him: X

Queen had basic obs and armament. King had great armament and could at least move extremely fast. That's all you really need if you are a great fighter otherwise

what luffy calls adv armament
is what sentomaru
the boa sisters
and samurai/ zoro/king who coat their blades with haki do much more casually . They have the second level
luffy learnt up to the 3rd in udon.



its why zoro does is able to make barrier to protect his swords as well. luffy never had to make haki flow beyond his body simply due to how he fights ,they do .
