Vega though is junk of all trades. There is nothing he can't do. I think the only thing probably holding him back is morality. He could clone people like Judge of he wanted to. But you right. Queens cybernetics look much more advanced compared to the solid type mechs of Franky and Pacifistas.

Queen showed invizibility this chapter, also he created the weird human looking cameras all around onigashima, the dude is top tier scientists also, this is why he was in the same team with vegapunk.
