I think he wants to kick out page1 because he lost to soba Cook în capital in front of everyone and embarassed the beast pirates in front of wano citizen.. Queen was the one that send pay pay after sanji.
And ulti will get mad and defend pay pay

Based on what we've seen so far only Page One and Drake make sense. Anyone else would be random with a new explanation over it.

Page One, if Queen is angry that he lost to Sanji, which would also confirm Sanji beating Page One but I doubt that.
Drake, if Queen knows that he is a traitor.

We haven't seen much of the character relations in BP, and it's obvious as hell that there's a lot of rivalry going on there.

There is absolutely no need for it to have something to do with something we've heard.
