Do you think Queen is Okama and he holds the final 100th recipe that Sanji needs to complete his okama cooking book?
Sorry, this is my headcanon I can't f'ing stand 99 number there must be 100th recipe!

Queen isn't an Okama. He ain't wearing woman's clothes, he doesn't speak like a woman and he's never said anything to imply he thinks of himself as gender fluid or whatever the right term is. He's nothing like Mr 2, Ivankov or Morley. Or even Dellinger.

Lipstick does not an Okama make. Neither Kid or Killer are Okama, and they both wear lipstick as well.
