Can someone explain to me why Chapter 0 is considered canon when It was released in the volume 0, but volume 1000, 777, 10089 are considered not canon?
Because if I am not wrong Zephyr and Bullet aren't considered canon but their background Is there.

Are also volumes Volume 4／4 and Volume 4000000000 canon?

I ask this question in the hope of Zephyr's background to be canon. What a character.

Manga is canon. Anyting aside manga is not canon.

Chapter 0 is part of the One Piece manga. The others are not.

Think of it like a pilot chapter.
