Weak ?
- Invisibilty : by itself is enough of a power up to make any fodder go to mid tier (maybe even high tier) in an instant.
- High durability : makes someone who breaks his leg against a hakiless YC3 to ''easily'' tanking a YC1
- Flying ability : it is redundant in Sanji's case eventhough it helps conserving energy but a hell of a PU for anyone who can't ''fly''
- Speed boosters : about the same as the above
- Bullet and fire proof...

I really don't know what to say...
vergo isn't YC3 he's vet level at best, hell doffy alone is debatable if he's commander level, doffy crews really overrated

No strength boost
There should be some boost with his kicks if he uses those jets from the feet to accelerate them.

Durability is subpar.
Yes, against blunt force is useless and it only can resist cutting/piercing attacks around those special bullets AP. His CoA > the suit in that regard and at the same time it protects him from blunt attacks.
Neither was the RS highlighted as some strong armor (it was Germa's bodies).

The part which was highlighted as something which grants actual durability boost is the cape with its function of a shield (Sanji's statement and Germa used it to protect from the guns when they protected Capone and Caesar).

Invisibility? CoO counters it
That depends on the user's lvl of CoO.
It's not the same to sense him and knowing his position than doing that and algo sensing his attacks accurately (like in DB where they know how to sense accurately their enemies by ki and can fight them blind folded). And one needs to have experience fightning with invisible people as well since even if you can sense them with CoO it won't be the same as seeing them directly.

And none of beast pirates seems like a CoO expert, they are all more focused on brute strength (all Zoan) so most likely they specialize on CoA.

Boosters? Sanji already knows Geppo.
Here depends on if he could combine both somehow and achieve greater speed with the two of them at once.

Floating devices? Meh, maybe kinda useful to stay in the air without kicking.
Not really useful since Sanji didn't show fatigue or something like that because of Geppo using.

Depending on some functions, the RS might be a good boost for combat.
The invisibility function is a good PU but for now he only used for testing it, for the gag and for infiltration.
We need to see what use will Oda give to the suit overall from now and then we can say if it's a weak or strong PU.

it's weird that sanji mastered the RS in his first wear of it.
i think it gives a huge boost to durability, and ichiji being low diffed by katakuri just shows how strong kata is, and in the same time shows that king damage output is lacking, sanji even commented that without the RS he would've being impaled by king's attack.
we only saw sanji dented yonjiu's exoskeleton and didn't cause damage. but kata was able to bypass the RS and the exoskeleton with no dif, while king couldn't bypass the RS.
sanji's geppo is not that fast and was outmatched by big mom sons. and niji and yonji were capable of catching up to them easily with the booster's help.
the booster can add a serious punch to sanji's kicks.
however i look at it it's a huge power boost, why else would sanji's family give it to him.

As the title says, Raid Suit barely does anything for Sanji in combat.
  • No strength boost
  • Durability is subpar.
Sanji low diffed Yonji who had Raid Suit on.
Katakuri quickly took out Ichiji with RS
  • Invisibility? CoO counters it
  • Boosters? Sanji already knows Geppo.
  • Floating devices? Meh, maybe kinda useful to stay in the air without kicking.
I'd even say that other Vinsmoke siblings have better RS than Sanji
because it gives them powers like explosions, poison...ect, that are useful in combat.

If 100% is Sanji's full strength at his best.
I'd say 95% of it is base Sanji
while 5% is Raid Suit
