I think it's gone for good, felt like Oda read the criticism of the RS and got rid of it, even though Sanji said Franky/Usopp would make changes.

But my headcanon says Vegapunk will build Sanji a new RS with the opposite effect of changing him, one that contains his evil self the more he uses it. He would become Sora, the hero of the myth.
