It depends on what you mean by “better.” I think Enma is better written as a power up for Zoro as it forces him to improve and highlights the improvements he’s made t’ill now. Convenience wise, RS is just a straight stat buff that also comes with nifty new tools.

RS takes no skill or previous training to use and it gives you an increase to all of your physical stats.
Enma fucks you up if you can not control it and has the same grade as Shusui which it replaced.
