Now, the defense will need to prove that not only is Oda changing his basic narrative structure over 1100 chapters into the story but that this plot line on Elbaf must somehow circle back to the island of egghead which officially has been emptied of main characters.

There will be no need for that since the claim is not based on which island the storyline is progressing, Lucci could've joined in Egghead, and he can join in the near future

The stipulation the defendant himself set for his bet was for Lucci “to fade into the background again for a longer time.” Now, seeing as the current plot of the story involves the straw hats on an island that Lucci is not only away from but also has 0 desire to travel to means that Lucci has in fact faded into the background once again which means regardless of whether Egghead truly does return to the plot, Rambles MUST abide by his word and has since refused to by fraudulently trying to change the terms of a contract he not only agreed to but created!

"Lucci fading into the background for a longer time", what does that exactly mean in a manga like One Piece, where a main antagonist of an arc like Kizaru disappears for more than a dozen chapters, not to mention the nonstop breaks. Seeing how we will get a dozen chapters getting to know Elbaf, alongside the constant break weeks, this period should at the very least be estimated to be one whole year. This trial is premature.

If my memory serves correct, i wanted initially a 3 months BAN and a poem in my name. The poem, I would like to specify, had to be a 1000 words long. Or 100 in Rhyme, as I thought any less would be extremely offensive.
On my part, I was willing to put how Lucci is a perfect addition to the crew, and have it in my signature.
