Big Mom - 8
Conceptually an amazing character. That one of the world's top and most influential pirates is her, really just makes all of the sense in the world. Her character design is constantly 10/10 as well.and there's no end the the valid theories you can have about her.

That said, she often suffers from the story not taking her quite seriously enough. From her introduction, design and role in the story, I would've expected her to be a practically eldritch terror. Someone who warps the entire plot around her, while she's present, like some sort of corrupted Mary Sue. Someone who truly any reasonable character would be scared of and the singular person amongst the entire Grand Line who you most just don't want to mess with. And at times, she approaches that characterization, but almost just as often, she instead becomes this boring "Big" character with a sense of presence and relevance utterly incongruous with what she should represent. Thus, though she's still great, her score suffers.

Katakuri - 9.7
It should come as no surprise that Katakuri is one of my favorite characters. The way I see and originally pictured Katakuri was essentially "Mary Sue fanfic where Luffy stayed with Garp out of familial obligation, trained with him and didn't run away" except instead of Garp and the Navy, it was Big Mom and her Pirates. Ultimately, this idea of Katakuri being a Mary Sue was pushed harder and harder with how 'perfect' he was, and I loved that, until it took a 180 and suddenly it turned out that most of that was a lie. Ultimately, what his character ultimately settled on was pretty amazing anyway, his design might just be my favorite, I enjoy his fight as the best in the series and his character development packs an incredible message, but with the concept of inconsistencies and wasted potential, I don't really feel comfortable giving Katakuri a perfect score.

Smoothie - 7.3
Smoothie so far, has been just about the biggest and most inconsistent disappointment, yet she maintains this high standing regardless because I don't necessarily think that this was unintentional by Oda. If you consider the three sweet commanders to embody the three problems with Big Mom's leadership, Smoothie, unwilling even try or claim responsibility for fear of failure, makes for a perfect commentary. Her design remains top notch too, and you cant say that she doesn't have style. I just wish that we saw some stats or power from her that was worth her status or bounty.

Cracker - 9
For what he is, I consider Cracker to be a perfect character. A simple concept of just how strong Yonko Commanders are is embodied perfectly through him. Much like the other commanders, he's very thematically segnificant and embodies so many traits key to the Big Mom Pirates as a whole all at once that that I might go so far as to say that his fight and it's result lays the entire groundwork for the Yonko Saga all at once. His reveal, popping out of the biscuit soldier for the first time, is something I'll always remember.
Unfortunately I cant give him a perfect score simply because we don't get to see enough of him. So many things are implied through his short fight in the manga that are never properly elaborated upon. His ability is so interesting, but used in only one context, our understand of it is just way too shallow. There are genuinely tons of people on this very website who put Cracker below Doflamingo even though one of them can make infinite self-regenerating veteran level fighters, and one of them lost to Straight Boundman.

Snack - 4
Wish we got at least something from him, or at least that he was left entirely to the imagination. Instead, disappointment is all you can really feel in response to the fourth Sweet Commander. His saving grace is that his existence completes the holy Quadrinity of reasons why Big Mom sucks at leading a Pirate crew and that he at least doesn't take up much page-time.

Streusen - 7.7
An incredible important character for multiple reasons. Significant to the operation of the Big Mom Pirates, and with an almost bizarrely notable feat, there are a lovely number of implications surrounding him which aren't directly stated, but are very clearly and obviously there if you look at the subtext. That said, I think that his character design is a bit lame and that there was plenty of unused potential for his character.

Perospero - 8.6
The worst I can really say about Perospero is that his design is pretty weird and unappealing. He's otherwise a near-perfect character, adding some much needed bite to the non-commander Big Mom Pirates, and adding a much needed spot in the power scaling as well. In every combat scene Perospero's in, he always has presence and he always impresses.

Compote - 2.6
Almost exactly like Snack, an incredibly disappointing character. In fact, Oda seemed to almost completely forget her. Thus, all we have is her appearance to go off of, and not even the beginning of a place to power scale her from. Honestly, an utter waste of a character.

Oven - 8
I don't think it's unfair to say that Oven was kind of disappointing. Design wise, character-wise, and power-wise I had some markedly high hopes for him, but there were hardly any moments when he impressed me. That said, those high hopes themselves give a pretty good idea about how cool he was as a character. At times, I envision a proper reveal of how strong and powerful he really is and that the stuff he plays Warf to has just been underestimated by us. He had the confidence to stop Bege's ship. Maybe he's typically capable fo dragging ships out of the water barehanded? He was blitzed by Sanji. Maybe he just gets really inattentive of his surrounding when he's focusing on someone?
That said, just because the possibility of him being sufficiently strong is still there, doesn't prevent him from being a disappointment.

Daifuku - 5
I'm rather lukewarm about Daifuku. I suppose he was ok, but he could've very easily been so much more. Regardless of the same problem we have with Oven, where he's underwhelming, Daifuku also seems like such wasted potential. I mean, a genie fruit? It's so easy to come up with cool fanon for that! The wishes just need to be something that can be physically accomplished by the genie, and have the genie be a super-speed legend-level artisan of all one piece things. Daifuku could be like: "I wish you to bet them up!" for the straight up approach, or he could be like: "I wish you to repair every ship in this fleet" if he wanted to suddenly be a tactical force for the Big Mom Pirates. And make it so that he can do that only 3 times per day and only while rubbing his belly. What a cool character concept that would be! Yet instead, he's probably the most boring out of the fleshed out Big Mom Pirates.

Tamago - 8
His design is a little lame for his following forms, and we never got to properly see Count Niwatori in action. Otherwise, he did exactly what he was supposed to and was a vital part of the arc.

Montdor - 7.8
A really cool character with a great powerset and personality, but underused and underutilized compared to his hype, I feel. I feel some hope for farther and more utilization in coming chapters.

Amande - 8.2
There isn't too much to say about her. She has a cool design and gets appropriate shine. Kind of a shallow character though, until we get a proper fight from her.

Brulee - 9
A well-utilized character, perfectly realized and ultimately hilarious. My only critique is that it would've been nice to see her beaten in a way that wasn't something of an asspull (Nami tagging her while she's pulling her into a mirror) while she's actually in her element. Unfortunately combat wise, it seem like the answer is simply: attack her while she's not using her ability.

Big Mom = ?
Katakuri = 9
Smoothie = ?
Cracker = 7
Perospero = 8

The ? indicate that we have explored the characters too little to address a proper judgement.

Big Mom: 5/10, some nice moments wasted by some dumbass moments

Katakuri: 9/10, impressive, his FS was OP, versatile fighter, reliable and caring for his siblings, CoC

Pedospero: 8/10, for the trashtalk, he is kinda strong too

Smoothie: 5/10, mainly for the thickness but she is useless af

Cracker: 7/10, very good defense, a shame we didn't see more of him, quite strong and like pedospero I thinks he likes to provoke and troll his opponents

Mont D'or: 7/10, nice DF, knows what's up and can organize things

Pudding: 7/10, I like the controversial double personality, in the end she was a nice girl and help Luffy and his crew

Brûlée: started with a 2/10 but at the end of WCI she became a 8/10, I like her relationship with Kata. They seem to be the two siblings with the best relationship
