I don’t think very highly of Gohoumei lol. Outside of Ranbihaku his subs are on the level of Ouki’s vassals. Kochou’s guys impressed me more than that, especially Gakuhaku Kou.

Sento'Un the one guy above him 2v1ed Rokuoumi and a man that half of the Qin 6 recognised as a threat. Why should Gen'U be a weakling in comparison ?

Also General Bakai or whatever wasn't Houmei’s right hand, not even left hand. That's clearly Junei and Ryuuhan.

Not exactly sure what I was thinking when making that assessment. The High Elves of Wei, Junei & Ryuuhan probably just moved me way more off their character designs than the basic looking underlings of Ousen.

But in all seriousness, nah Ousen army would be above. Though I do have very high hopes of Junei & Ryuuhan being above Ousen's bums.
