Buggy should be pretty goddamn famous, or should i say infamous.... Its no exageration to think he is affecting a bigger portion of the world than the other yonkos ever did since they mostly stayed on the new world, with the cross guild bonty sistem is fucking over marines not only the new world, but also in the grand line and all other 4 seas. Not to mention the vast majority of the world actualy believes Mihawk and Crocodile are his subordinates, and being part of Roger's crew only adds to that fame.
