Doing good for the alliance, Luffy, Zoro, Kidd and Killer because they started early and were basically 4 against the whole Beast pirates at the beginning. And they did alright.
Those who hurt the alliance the most were Kaido (low diffed the scabbards and cleared the rooftop until Luffy came back) while Big Mom was almost useless, King and Queen who defeated Marco and dealt a lot of damage to the live floor (Hyogoro asked the other samurais to not get involved with them and let Zoro and Sanji deal with them).
The others were kinda irrelevant tbh for the most part
