Liking a character more doesn't necessarily mean he succeeds in making them a better character. Nami and Robin post ts weren't really relevant but out of the two Robin was at least allowed to progress as a combatant and get fights in Dressrosa, then Wano and has some character highlights left like meeting Saul, Kuzan etc.

Robin is just a background character who most the time just giggle in side Iines.
With appearance of Pudding, Saul , Oden's father and vegapunk , she lost her little relevancy too.
One single fight in last 15 years.. don't think she has progressed much as a combatant too.
Pissed Robin being useless against s-shark
Compare to Nami who doesn't even wants to fight s-shark
Wano arc was most focus Robin got in Post-timeskip , still just a side character in comparison to Nami...

Both are better character than Sasuke-simp tho.

she and Usopp got screwed by timeskip power inflation and haki being a thing. stopped expecting anything from them after the complete joke that was their battle against Ulti and P1 and it’s better that way. Not like other straw hats get much character focus either (outside Sanji), but at least they get to shine in battle
Just based on the fact that her dream and role in the crew is tied to the overall major OP plot which is the void century will always mean that Robin has a leg up on Nami in story relevancy.
Nami's dream will be completed off-screen because it isn't relevant for the plot.
Robin at the very least progresses with her own strength and isn't granted undeserved PU's by stealing part of an emperors ability.
Wano was also a great win for combat prowess with a clean win over a vet level fighter.
The amount of panels one receives doesn't mean anything when the majority of it really is just not relevant to anything. One of the worst Wano and OP plots period was BM's mother mode and why did that happen ?

Nami actually defeating Ulti easily and in rightful way ruined the purpose of whole fight.
Ulti vs Nami was even about that. It was necessary to show that Ulti is someone who kill Nami easily.

Idea was always to show Nami is helpless against Ulti.
And that's why deciding to help Zeus despite his betryal was important.
Which ultimately resulted in defeat of Ulti.

Robin will not even reach laught tale without Nami.
Robin's dream is just a small portion of Nami's dream.
Most of the history even got revealed by other characters and not Robin.
I am 80% sure , someone else will reveal true history and not Robin.

Whether it's all blue , reaching laugh tale , Usopp's desire to see Elbaf or Franky's dream of reaching end of grand line or Luffy desire to find one piece.

That's the only objective way to look at relevancy and other things are just Headcanon.
