Fairy Tail has excellent OPs
OG Bleach also has some good OPs. Bleach has one of the best OSTs though.
My Hero Academia had good OPs in the first few seasons. I'm not sure about the newer ones.
Seven Deadly Sins has forgettable OPs and the anime is forgettable too.
I have not seen the rest to comment on whether they are good or not.
