Oda's early dementia onset is becoming clear. That's the only way I can account for Oda drawing his cape, pants pattern and shoes all that bright green and not sensing what a dire need for contrasting colors the design needs.

The fan-designs with his pant flowers being magenta were much better and gave that contrast to give my eyes a break.
