Even without those events it could be a 6/7 easily as a short transitional arc with Lucci's overdue comeback.

Then again, it doesn't seem like a short transitional arc anymore, but the prelude of a major unexpected war arc, so the rating may vary greatly by the time it's over.

I give it a good 7.5. Only things I didn't really like was Kuma going off again and Bonney fainting from bugs but those aren't big gripes. Wasn't really in love with Buggy getting bullied but Oda saved it with his speech and character development. I'm pretty sure buggy is going to reach laughtale again wether he steps foot on it or not.

Even with outsides events doesn't get much better. Reverie event sucks. Yonko fights sucks. Only Hachinosu is somewhat good stuff.

Egghead sucks for forcing the underdog vibe on Luffy by having Lucci not recognizing him as a Yonko after tooking that beat. Seraphims being nothing but walking diamond walls. They can't be damage but doesn't damage too. Non-sense plot twist, a fucking robot trying to become Tenryuubito is fucking ridiculous.

I gave it 3/10 because nothing can beat Wano as worst arc and WCI is between Wano and Egghead.
