It's gonna be very vague to be written into a story.
Especially when a specific stat isn't always at a fixed/same amount.
Also, "double" is too low, for a multiplier. Thus, the impact is gonna be minimal.
I suggest it be changed to something like "Increase Increase". This way it can be OP in theory (and more useful & interesting).
You would be able to continuously double it and the stat just multiplies from where it’s at at that moment. For example if you make contact with your target and your speed is a a base of 5 it becomes 10 if you make contact again it’ll become 20 unless you decide to double something else. It give the user options. If the user decides to double himself from that point forward the that double also gets the stat boosts and the attacks landed by the double also allow the user to double something. It’s a fruit that builds throughout the fight.

By itself it's average, how good it can be depends on your stats and if you can fight.
Yeah it would be up to the user to go and learn how to fight. They can use the fruit and become exponentially stronger during the fight. They can double things more than once they just have to land hits. They can become a one many army. The user just has to use it properly.
Imagine getting your stats to Yonko lvl and then doubling yourself every time you hit your target. It can become very busted in the right hands.

You get more utility during awakening. Being able to double money or any object. But even before awakening let’s say you wanted to double the rate at which you healed because you were getting your ass whooped. That would allow you to fight or train longer. There’s utility if you think outside the box.
