Because Other than Luffy or Zoro he's been the most relevant Strawhat in this arc.
And has more moments than the other crew members.
Gave Sanji the best Raid Suit design......
I can understand Luffy, Zoro and Nami, but you can't seriously believe Brook, Usopp, Franky and the others are favorited more by Oda.
They've hardly been relevant. What do they do that compares to what Sanji does in arcs?

Franky/Brook what have they done?
Franky disrespected an Emperor twice, everytime he’s on scene it’s something hype and manly. Brook is the Poneglyph Hunter. Brook is now always teamed up with Robin. They’re the Poneglyph Duo. Brook has been clutch this arc. Usopp I can slide.

Sanji saved Momonuske, clashed with King, took a point blank attack from a 1st commander and survived that shit.
Saved the town from being destroyed by Page Ones rampage
Made a Tobi Roppo go hybrid instantly without using a named attack.
Saved Nami,Robin and Shinobu from being captured by X Drake and Hawkins.
And Saved Otoko with Zoro......

He beat his captain. That’s unforgivable in my eyes.
He can find Raftel for Luffy and I still won’t be impressed.
Choose to sleep on those? lol so you just have a bias against Sanji then. If its not unforgivable to the man who took the beating, I dont see why its unforgivable to you. Luffy understood why Sanji was doing what he did.

Zeff was being threatened , Sanji is closer to Zeff than his crew. He values Zeff more than his crew, and theres nothing wrong with that. He did it all to keep Zeff safe. You know how much crazy stupid shit Luffy did to save Ace? People would do anything for their family bro.
Usopp genuinely lost respect for Luffy, Sanji was faking it in order to drive them away so that no one would get hurt. Not everyone has to be Zoro and throw away his past. For Sanji, Zeff will always be the most important person, that is who he is.
However, what Luffy could have done was to save him and part ways. It would be amazing to watch a Justice League type of scene, where Luffy would say “you need me to realize your dreams, but do I need you?” The thing is, they are pirate crew, they don’t need a sous chef, just someone who can cook meat and put on some fire is enough. Sanji is not a requirement, he is a luxury.
