Up until now it's a 5/10.
There are some nice ideas, especially concerning her past (Elbaf, Mother Carmel, Rocks crew etc.), her DF and her whole family.
However, there is also this ugly habit of Oda to always use her as dumbed down plot-device.
If she's really out now, this drops to a 1/10, because Oda would've wasted a shitton of buildup and open plot-lines.

Linlin is actually a a pretty layered character and has a very interesting backstory and character-wise she has more depth to her than someone like Kaido for instance. Hell I'd argue she's one of the most fleshed out antagonists in the series. That said, Oda's handling of her as been atrocious and the way he utilizes her as a plot device over and over and over again is downright disgusting. She's prolly the most frustrating character in the series which is such a shame coz all the pre-requisites for her being a great & likable character are there.

You have to remember tho she had a near 100 chapter arc too, wouldn't make too much sense for anothet lengthy arc with her in Elbaf, and I don't mind her being used as an opponent for Kidd and Law, I have however other problems with her, outside of rooftop and her fight with the novas, she wasn't a character, she was a plot device.
