I think it goes without saying that Rayleigh’s bounty must exceed 3 billion, but could Rayleigh’s bounty even exceed Big Job’s or Crydo’s?

Exceeding Cry Mom or Faildo is 50:50, but recent chapters made me feel like Lolda is hellbent on having Roger's top execs like Ray and Oden to be more reputable than Luffy's, so I won't be surprised if Ray's bounty is closer to 4 billion than 3 billion.

Oden himself is actually compared to WB and Roger along with Shanks making them the 5 strongest pirates

I wouldn‘t be surprised if his bounty is higher than Mihawks .
or a little lower than current Shanks bounty.

He is a big threat for the WG with knowlege he has about the One Piece and the Void Century .

Rayleigh's bounty might be only second to Whitbeard. Rayleigh knows THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE WORLD, and that's very, very, very, very, very, very important. I know that people dismiss it all the time and only focus on the strength aspect although it has been proven numbers times that strength gets dismissed a lot in the bounty evaluation.

Rayleigh bounty is definitely above 3b given how Mihawk got 3.6b. But it won't exceed Bigmom or Kaidou. Best case it would be around 4b.
