Character Discussion Rayleigh is not the Vice Captain

People told me for years that rayleigh was called vice captain

But viz only calls him "right arm", same way zoro is right wing of luffy and sanji is left wing but zoro doesnt have title vice captain.

Seems like rayleigh doesnt have it either he is just known as right arm
