Break Week Rayleigh should have died in Wano

If Oda needs to keep creating new useless fodder to make us care about the arc, then maybe he should go write some other story.
Again you make it clear that you have no idea about One Piece.

We are on a new Island. The normal thing is to interact with new characters. That's One Piece. One Piece is not fights. They are adventures. So we need new scenarios with those scenarios new characters. In turn, it is normal for new characters to mix with old ones. To interconnect that spectacular Universe.

Always being stuck with the same characters is not the style of One Piece. I respect that you prefer that style, a Dragon Ball for example.

But that after 1000 chapters you complain about something that has happened since Orange Town, it seems ridiculous to me.

the story of momo, the scabbards, tama, and toko is taking greater importance over the story of Luffy finding the OP and becoming pirate king, then this arc is mostly filler. Which it is.
Of course the story of Momo, scabbards, Tama... is not more important than Luffy's. It is not even necessary as such. But it is a plugin. It is the essence of One Piece. The problem is that you don't want to read One Piece, you want a different work. But I repeat that it is not something new, it has been there since the beginning.

For better or worse One Piece is characterized by its diversity of characters, how well built they are and their universe. A One Piece Arc can contain more characters than an entire manga.

wano kuni is an utterly souless arc. I do not understand how anybody could be emotionally invested in the story Oda presents.

The chimera ant arc in HxH was a similar war arc against a similarly overpowered antagonist, and it utterly shits on wano.
The infinity stone arc in avengers also has the same concept and utterly shits on wano.
Even marineford is better than wano.
You don't want emotions. You want meaningless fights but very cool.

If you haven't been romantically involved in Wano, it's because you don't have a heart. Wano on its own is just as impressive as all the Marvel movies put together. Sentimentally speaking.

Tell me, why is Marine Ford better? Why did Luffy want to rescue his brother Ace from him? Which also has nothing to do with being the King of the Pirates that he yearns for so much.

Luffy's feelings towards Momo, the scabbards, Tama and the citizens of Wano are much greater than Ace's. Wano deserves to be rescued much more than Ace. She has known Wano much more than Ace.

Damn, even the Mugui Wano fights are above average, except Sanji's. And Zoro's has been the best since Mr1.

What did you expect? That One Piece will stop being One Piece? I repeat, more than 1000 chapters and you do not know what you have been reading.

Wano is not perfect, One Piece is not perfect, nor ever was. But 90% of the complaints I see are pure tantrums of little children because things are not the way you want them to be.

Doing the same thing for 20 years and over 1000 chapters doesn't automatically make it good writing. Yes, some of these things worked in the beginning of one piece. But that was 20 years ago .

Wano is not perfect, One Piece is not perfect, nor ever was. But 90% of the complaints I see are pure tantrums of little children because things are not the way you want them to be.
god forgive me for not blindly accepting everything Oda puts out and holding him to the same standards I'd hold any other author.
