Samurai Champloo is a good series for Zoro fans for sure. There's another samurai series like Rurouni Kenshin which I'm sure Zoro fans would also enjoy. There's also Gintama which is samurai comedy drama.

As for Usopp fans, from what I've seen in this thread, Rango seems to be the best recommendation. Although I haven't seen it for whatever reason lol.
