Let them stan Sanji. I don't get why fan wars are such a big thing.
Let them enjoy their favourite character and you enjoy your favourite. A bit of banter is ok but it is OK to have different favourites.

Luffy becomes dumber, Chopper becomes a cute mascot for merchandise, Nami became all boobs etc. and Sanji became mostly nose bleeds. He has always had a function of a gag/comedic relief character but post ts Oda changed the focus to these funny traits of Sanji's.

I don't call them precisely funny, certainly some gags got exaggerated but it was just for a brief moment like in Fishmen Island, but Oda focused more on what Sanji really is and he represents, more on his human side and traits instead of putting him to having 1vs1 Enies Lobby like and completely defeating the enemies or situations like Alabasta Mr.Prince where Sanji looks like the Main Character, actually the whole crew suffered consequences from the post-TS thats a fact

Which chapter the first panel is?

Zoro knows Luffy better than anyone there, there is literally no reason to believe Luffy will win. Zoro is seeing Luffy taking beating after beating longer than anyone else there.
