Tbh this is fault of parents too. I remember my parents studying with me when I had homework and they were always interested in my school life

If your child can't read or write post age of 10 school isn't the problem, the child and parents are
I agree, man. But parents of poor children are often illiterate themselves,so they can't teach their kids.

They dont have to know themselves, they just need to make sure their kid learns it.
Too many parents expect the schools to raise their children
Yeah, dude ,but those kinds of people don't even have money to pay private tutors either. This phenomena is more common is rural cities and favelas. We have a significant adult population that doesn't know how to read, but its getting better.

Personally, I never cared about it too much. I was smart enough to go to school and get a job by myself.

I suppose it would matter if you wanted to get into an Ivy League school. But it’s honestly my opinion that those schools ought to be shut down.

The quality of education can’t genuinely vary that much from institution to institution. Ivy leagues are only special because a bunch of rich people go there and use their connections to further their career.

I think it’s a bit undemocratic if every single politician has gone to the same 3 schools that the vast majority of the population can’t get admission into.

It's a thing in many countries.

There's few elite schools that's started grooming leaders and elites of Next Generation.

Rich people invest in these schools because they want their kids to be part of club or they want to popularize their agenda

It's already rigged against us normies.

They are already 10 step above us before it even started

Fake system, real power in 90% cases is connections and/nepotism.
The rest of the people then has to fight a game against themselves to pretend being in a dominant positions against "minorities" not even clearly defined.

What is a white person?
What is a black person?
Are these people aware that irish have been victim of oppression for centuries, including last century? Would they still be privileged white men?

This is one example but there are many others.
Black Americans are people who descended from Slaves

Recent Black Africans immigrants have different name

Irish got promoted and they identify as White. Like Italians

In American context being white means sharing the same heritage ie European, Indo-Aryan language,Christianity etc

Yeah but this is nonsensical.
Irish and Italians were the closest thing to slaves in the USA.
Also slavery ended 200 years ago, saying that it is still relevant is like if we were talking about Greeks fighting the Ottomans, or italy against Austria or France.

Even if it's gone the social order is still there and is pretty deeply established.
That's why it another centuries of to get more Rights and end segregation
White > Blacks in terms of social hierarchy , including the Undesirables whites.

This statement is too bold to be made without undeniable proof, almost dogmatic.
You state almost a law of nature and expect people to accept it as fact because it is "deeply established ".
Are the rednecks living in caravans privileged white people, deeply established in their dna?

They are privilege in a sense that they are at the top of social hierarchy, they are more likely to have connections and networking to help them.

So if they had their way, Minorites won't representation.

They just fill all the ranks of their kinds.

That's why DEI sometimes called " reverse discrimination"

Btw this applies to clear majority of ANY state
