Here Yamato utilized an inferior version of the same technique Zoro recently accomplished since she does not have
a special weapon, she had to imbue CoA + CoC to reach the same level CoA Technique of Black Rope Dragon Twister done by Enma and
Shusui.. If she wielded a Sword of the same Quality as Enma or higher she could attain the same level of CoA Technique than Roger and
Zoro did with the Black Energy Blasts..
Of course if her weapon is also a special class then it's different but that doesn't seem to be the case..
Even Kaido who is a Yonko, has a Named Kanabo and Advanced CoC, can't use Black Energy CoA rays techniques..
For he doesn't have a high enough quality weapon like Great Grade Blades and higher..

I didn't say Haki, i said AdCoC has nothing to do with Sword Skills..
Uh yeah it does, the Scabbard's attacks can wound Kaido because their renowned Blade and Gun allow them to put CoA in their attack..
Yet Yamato can put CoA into a Air Slash with a random Club.. No she's adding CoC to reach the higher level technique that Skillful Grade Blades and Higher help them to do.. Yamato has to compensate with CoC for the CoA Air Slash technique to work..
Luffy can infuse CoA into Shackles why wouldn't he be able to infuse it into a Sword?..
Imbuing Haki into a Sword is base level of Internal Destruction CoA for Swordsmen..
AdCoC is manifesting around your imediate personal range whether you hold a sword or not.. It has Zero thing to do with Swords Skills.. lol

Yet he didn't, so the attack he used was CoA + CoC to make it fly.. Do you think you can just casually send CoA into an Airborne Slash attack with a Club?.. Zoro had to have Shusui or Enma to do that and they are Great Grade Blades.. The Scabbard all have to have renowned blades to wound Kaido too.. Yet Yamato and Kaido can do it with Clubs? Since they pretty much have a random baseball bat, they need to amp up their infused CoA attack with CoC to match the base level attack of the Scabbards..

You need CoC to permanently add CoA to them, else it would be easy to imbue a weapon in CoA permanently but it's not..
Fodders using those arrows, doesn't mean they made them..

Nowhere it states the contrary either.. The next thing to Weapons being permanently infused in Haki is Black Blades, so it makes sense for Kuja Arrows to be a pretty rare thing to come by.. Imbue CoA in things so they stay Hakied up, is not a common occurence as a skill..
People should think about it instead of assuming every fodder on Amazon Lily has Haki.. Only the Boa Sisters are Haki users..

That attack is still connected from the source.. Like Doflamingo's Over Hito.. What's harder is distinct Projectiles like Bullet String, Flame Spears and Pistol Kiss..

The latter is a way less common feat because it's a next stage to the creation of Black Blades..
- Making your weapon(Arrow) continually imbued in Base CoA
- Making your weapon(Blade) continually imbued in CoA Hardening
