Aight let's assume what Sanji heard is Ivankov and by process of elimination Sabo , Morley , Karasu and Linderbegh can't be here cause they are in Reverie


Remember back in Dressrosa this was being setup as the Revos were trying to find out where the weapons being made and now they found out it's Wano also Wano has Ponyglyphs


So who's left that could be here ? Dragon , Ivankov , the dude that's still shaded (and I hope he's strong) and Belo Betty (could be really useful in a war setting like this) who last we saw were still in Kamabaka island in chapter 956


I think it would be really exciting to have the Revos here especially cause everytime CP0 shows up in an arc , later the Revos shows up just like Dressrosa

1. Tama mentioned an enemy ship, it could be Revolutionary Army ship.
But i think its just a beast pirates ship with full smile users thereand tama tamed them.
2. If Ivankov was there and not with RA ship, Karasu might bring Ivankov with him.
3. Its been couple of weeks since Reverie and clash between RA and Fujitora + Greenbull.
If that person was Ivankov, so there is a possibility if Ivankov is a messenger for some "news" regarding Sabo.

If its RA ship, we just have 3rd party here and its the least thing we predict to come to wano

I'm gonna stan one of my theories regarding Revolutionary Army. CP9 would actually fit the theme of Wano and I'd love for them to come join the fray

The Revos are busy with the World Government , last time we saw the ones on Kamabakka ( 956 ) , Dragon said we would ascertain the truth first ( about Sabo ) .

i think we'll see them in 998 or 999 .

the end of Act 3 is close imo , Black Maria even already played the Shamisen several chapters ago during Scabbards vs Kaido .

I personally REALLY hope not for the sake of the Revos cause that would make them extremely underwhelming as an org for Sabo as a new recruit to jump to 2nd (3rd maybe cause Ivan was in prison) and there isn't a co-founder of the org at Dragon's level


But I would say there's some similarities and Morley is thematically from the strongest sea thus grouping him with Dragon , Sabo and Ivankov could make sense


But it's still so boring cause I dislike all 4 army commanders

Anything’s possible, but that doesn’t automatically make it likely or guaranteed. We’ll be seeing a lot more of the Revolutionaries after this arc as Luffy’s aims and Dragon’s finally coalesce, but it doesn’t have to begin in Wano to make sense or still be relevant to the main narrative.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be hyped to the nth degree if Dragon blows into town and changes the tide of battle like Shanks did in Marineford...just don’t wanna get my hopes up for that when other parties coming to the showdown feels more likely to me.
