Why are you going by history here when in verse the comparison was made? If you want to go by history then Qin will steamroll the rest of China and Chu are nowhere near as powerful, man for man.

With a 93vs94 stat difference also being there, you’d have to be an idiot to flat out refuse to ignore the comparison, regardless if one tribe was stronger in history.
