This is going to be worse than Zoro not having AdCoC but i can't help i have to bring the topic out..

Flame Bagua didn't have CoA nor CoC.. Kaido was only banking on melting Luffy with his Devil Fruit power..
In fact Kaido can't use CoA and CoC in Zoan Dragon form.. He can only use CoO..

Any and every Zoan Devil Fruit can't use CoA and CoC in their Zoan Animal form..

Furthermore.. Any and every Animal Creatures in One Piece can Not use CoA, CoC, CoO Haki..

PLEASE change my mind..

No need to be ashamed, kaido indeed didn't use haki on his final attack.

Oda knew he couldn't write any scenario where kaido lost while using ACoC so he resorted to kaido going full retard with a headbutt direct to bajrang gun lol.

There was no way to make kaido lose while using haki after he dominated the fight vs nika so oda gave us that shit ending.

Truly the king of the beasts, only makes me wonder how insanely strong shanks is.

I guess Luffy is a Zoan so your point works, but i refer more to Animals.. Human Zoans would be an exception as there never was other races Zoan Fruit introduced in the story before..

As for Drake defeating Caribou, i heard that one before.. My answer is that Caribou's swamp body was full capacity with a castle inside him so he couldn't turn his Logia abilities on and turn to mud.. And i think it's plausible..

First people don't get entire body parts cut from them in a fight if that was the case Zoro and many other characters would have been dead.. Jack's devil fruit power is also an ancient type which gives him a durability buff and he's a fishman.. Basically, it doesn't matter if Inuarashi had AdCoA Swordmanship skills, Jack was too much of a Tank for him to inflict fatal damage without Sulong.. He lacked power to go with his high level Haki.. Similar to Sulong not being able to scar or deadly wound Kaido..

It's very possible with characters in One Piece, that Ulti simply didn't know that Luffy is rubber, even though he said gum gum in his attack and maybe saw him stretch.. She didn't know who he was before they met..

I would simply say Ultra hard ancient type triceraptops..
