Let see if i can reasonably counter those..

First people don't get entire body parts cut from them in a fight if that was the case Zoro and many other characters would have been dead.. Jack's devil fruit power is also an ancient type which gives him a durability buff and he's a fishman.. Basically, it doesn't matter if Inuarashi had AdCoA Swordmanship skills, Jack was too much of a Tank for him to inflict fatal damage without Sulong.. He lacked power to go with his high level Haki.. Similar to Sulong not being able to scar or deadly wound Kaido..

It's very possible with characters in One Piece, that Ulti simply didn't know that Luffy is rubber, even though he said gum gum in his attack and maybe saw him stretch.. She didn't know who he was before they met..

I would simply say Ultra hard ancient type triceraptops..

We’ve seen that DF powers can be combined with haki. Is there any reason to think Zoan powers can’t?

Kaido is not a logia. And powers generated from a non logia df user's body can affect the same body as well

I admit that my reasoning wasn't very convincing and they could be using Haki.. I just think it's weird there hasn't been any
Zoan in their Zoan form using Hardening yet.. Oda made it a point for Queen to show that he could use Haki by Hardening to defend against a Sanji kick even if he didn't use CoA in the fight afterward..

I don't have any particular reason for why Zoan in their Zoan form wouldn't be able to use CoA and CoC.. I guess Zoan form is rarely used overall.. Kaido has been the most prevalent Zoan user in their beast form in the entire series..

Oh one thing.. One Piece Animals compared to Humans and Races have shown to have a weak will overall being subdued by mere intent than a full on CoC blast.. We have yet to witness a Creature resist CoC too..

He's not a Logia but he's a Mythical Zoan and he's able to summon strange Flame Clouds that don't burn and act as solid clouds like on a sky island.. I'm saying his Devil Fruit power already conjure magical Flame properties so his Flame Bagua could be a special type of Flame that doesn't hurt him but everyone else.. Can other people aside Kaido and Momo touch the Flame Clouds?..
