The question is who and when?

I honestly doubt Cipher Pol will be the one to do it this time.

BB Pirates? Someone from the underworld?

Or maybe God's Knight while we are here in Elbaph??

Doubt it.
We're past that point by now.

Just look at who's in the race for the OP, thus those who would benefit from a poneglyph reader on their team:
The SHs? They have Robin.
The BBPs? They've just acquired Pudding.
CG? Moria's reveal as a Kozuki could be building up toward helping them in this regard.
WG as a whole? They have VP's research through York.
SWORD specifically? Sure, they might not have anyone able to read PGs, but do they strike you as the sort to kidnap people?
Same for Shanks. Plus, Shanks has his Elbaf connections which could bypass the problem entirely.

So, IDK, man, I don't see who could be kidnapping Robin at this point anymore. She isn't the unique resource she was back in W7, not with VP's introduction & Saul's return.

Actual plot twist rn would be if she's not kidnapped. Or like, Nami is for some reason. Or sth.

Maybe Katarina will copy her and as Robin she still has her knowledge of ancient language or sth. Would set up them 2 fighting as well

The one time they caught her she allowed herself to be caught

And now shes one of the strongest members of one of the strongest crews in the story

Arguably top 3 strongest crews dead or alive definitely top 5

Ain't no way Robin gets kidnapped
