Oda's been holding out so much on Rocks, not giving anything in Kaido's small flashback..
Again not giving much in the Kuma's flashback on Egghead.. The Legend has been floating around
since the beginning of Wano.. I stopped counting the silhouettes of him..

With Kaido and Big Mom's Hakai being a signature move from Elbaf..

Everything points to Rocks being a Giant and Kaido learning from him on the Rocks Crew..

I think there's no better way to hype the Giants at this point, the Strongest Nation in the world or something..

The most powerful Samurai were also from a previous Era, the closest one being Oden.. There's bound
to be a full Rocks Flashback like Oden.. The only reason Oda had held on for so long on such an
important figure is because he must be a Giant.. That's all i have..

Tbh, I dont think Rocks needs to be a giant even if hes the central focus of Elbaf's plotline. Considering VPs involvement with Stussy and her being a clone (and Weevil), I assume that he'll have more to cloning tech than anything else on Elbaf
