Wait, WB didn't have the WSM title when ROGER was alive, but WB was WSM when GARP PRIME was alive and Roger dead.

All the more reason to think something happened in God Valley that forced the crew to sit it out while Roger and Garp tagged teamed Xebec. Maybe it boiled down to an ideological battle of D clan that the rest of the crews couldn't interfere with.
Doesn't make sense for Big Mom, Shiki, WB and Xebec all near their prime to lose to Garp Ruger and Rayleigh. Even if we count Gaban, Xebec also had other notable members like Kaido, Cpt John etc.

What it meams is Whitebeard grew a lot and fast after god valley.
It makes sense when you look at how fast Koby, helmepo, Tahsigi, Smoker, Luffy, zoro, Sanji, Kid, Law grew in 2 years.
And This was PEAK HEALTHY PRIME ROGER just fresh off conquering the grandline.
Garp was also in his Prime aka PK level.
So it was 2 PK level people vs Yonko and people weaker than Yonko's.

strong doesnt mean strong enough. theres a reason Big mom said Garps grandson when she heard about luffy on WCI. alot of the Yonkou thought of bim as Garps grandson not to hype him up but because of the truma we now understand. I think its apperent that the Yonkou remember watxhing as Garp defeated their captaij and dismembered their crew which jas to leave some type of truama.I mean shiki and captain jon was there and wb and big mom probably had their dfs. they were probably powerless to stop them and they didnt particularily like xebeck bit followed him because he was strong. roger and whitebeard were equals but Roger said Garp almost killed him many times. all we need is evidence that Garp fwced Roger in the later years and seeing as when he defeated the marines he called for Sengoku or Garp by name seems likely. last time we saw Garp heading out to fight Roger he was going off against Shiki meaning it was post xebeck dying. WB threathening to throw shiki into the ocesn means they were likely equals or close to equals when they sailed together. i think in the end more so than the beggining pirates get the advantage over marines because their more free to do battle without strategy and planning. though atleast a chunk of time where Garp was shitting on just about everybody. i mean if he beat xebeck and almost killed roger its sage ro assume that WB reached his level rather than the other way around.

This right here in the circled box is saying that GARP is less (<) than WB, but WB was equal to ROGER according to the sources. WB = ROGER > GARP, since WB > GARP. Or the WB title is useless. Laughs.
